Beat-in-one granadilla cake

Ingredients
- 170 g flour
- 1½ t baking powder
- 220 g caster sugar
- 125 g butter
- 2 free-range eggs
- ½ cup milk
- 6 granadillas
- 1 cup crème fraîche
Cooking Instructions
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Add flour, baking powder, caster sugar, melted butter, free-range eggs and milk to a large bowl.
Whisk until combined and smooth. Spoon into a greased loaf tin and bake for 40 minutes, or until set but still moist.
Remove from the heat and leave to cool. Combine the pulp of granadillas with crème fraîche. Remove the cake from the tin and spread with the granadilla icing.
